Dune brings out your arty side - COMPETITION ALERT!

Now, I'm not really one for sharing competitions - I mean, why would I want ruin my chances of winning?! Duh.

BUT every once in a while, something comes along that I just can't help shouting about. This is that while.

Dune, as in the fab shoe brand where I recently purchased my utterly gorgeous thigh-high boots, are giving us the chance to win £10,000. Just imagine what you could buy with that!

Dune aren't just giving it away though - this comp is a real challenge. Forget those daytime TV multiple choice quizzes
i.e.

Erm, oh gosh, is it 'b' or 'c', I just can't seem to remember?!

Dune are giving you the chance to bring out your arty side. They've dedicated their AW '10 campaign to the shoe as art, after all shoes have inspired everyone from Van Gogh to Andy Warhol.

Yep, you guessed it! Dune are looking for 'the most original and visually exciting art work that best represents the shoe as art.' It can be produced in any medium and in any style. They just want to stimulate our artistic sides.

I love this comp. Not only does it have a super duper prize, it'll get our brains ticking over for the next few weeks.

One person will win £10,000, while there are three regional prizes of £1,000. And the winning entries will go on display in the window of Dune's flagship store in Covent Garden, for the whole world to see.

Here's how I have mentally spent the prize money:
1. Pay of student loan (BORING but kind of sensible)
2. Buy the most amazing wedding dress in the world
3. Spend Christmas on a Caribbean island
4. Buy a LOT of shoes!
